  • Project Trans-Aid.  Transitional housing program that helps homeless individuals and families with children.  Helps them transition into an affordable, stable housing.

  • Weatherization.   Assistance for selected single housing dwellings with low-income families.  Reduces energy usage and associated costs by an average of 20%.
